Dear Peachtree community and land owners,

I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing on behalf of the Peachtree Fire Department to formally express our interest in leasing, donation, or purchasing land in the Rowland hill, old peachtree rd area for the purpose of expanding our fire and emergency response capabilities.

As our community continues to grow, it is essential that we maintain a high level of service and rapid response times. The acquisition or lease of a strategically located parcel of land would allow us to develop a new station to better serve the public with faster response times and lower insurance ratings.

We are currently evaluating properties that meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of .5 to 1 acres

• Suitable for emergency vehicle access and public entry

•Proximity to major roads and residential areas
